Agreement Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Seller Agreement with SportEmporium7. This Agreement governs your participation as a seller on the SportEmporium7 marketplace, including listing services, payment processing, compliance obligations, and platform usage.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that:

You are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
All information provided during onboarding and listing submission is accurate and complete.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace policies.
You understand and accept all applicable fees:

Listing fee: $1 USD per product listing (symbolic fee)
Platform fee: 7% on each sale collected at checkout
All fees are deducted automatically from sales, and payouts will reflect these deductions.
Each product may have up to 5 variants (size, color, model, style, or other differences). Variants beyond this limit must be submitted as separate product listings.
You accept responsibility for your products or services, fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.
You grant SportEmporium7 permission to display and promote your listings on the marketplace and related channels.
You acknowledge that failure to comply with this Agreement may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination.
You understand that payouts will be made to the wallet or account details provided during onboarding, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of these details.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not sign or proceed with onboarding.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Seller Marketplace Agreement.*
