Entry Withdrawal & Late Withdrawal

You must notify lioncityopen@gmail.com of any withdrawal with valid reasons. Entry fees will not be refunded if withdrawal is done after the closing date. 
Paid up entry fee is non-transferable between participants. 
Late Withdrawal. Withdrawal after closing date will be considered ‘late withdrawal’. All late withdrawals must be accompanied by Medical Certificate (MC) or any official documentation, subject to the approval of the Organiser. Failing to do so will result in the participant scoring ‘ZERO’ AJSS ranking points which will be reflected as one of the participant’s best 4 results. Entry fee is still payable for all LATE WITHDRAWALS.

Liability

While reasonable precautions will be taken, Team Ultimate Squasher Pte Ltd,  its officials and its agents will not be responsible or in any way liable for any death, disability, personal injury, loss of property, or any other loss howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever at any time during this Championship. 

By agreeing to participate in this Championship, you are granting Team Ultimate Squasher Pte Ltd permission to use your child’s images for promotional and publicity purposes.
