Submission Deadline is Friday, March 13, 2026
  • We invite nominations for the 2026 Ohio ACOFP Awards, which will be presented in recognition of outstanding leadership, service, and commitment to osteopathic family medicine in Ohio.

These awards celebrate physicians, residents, and students who exemplify excellence in patient care, advocacy, education, and dedication to advancing the osteopathic profession. We encourage you to submit a nomination and help us honor the individuals whose work strengthens our specialty and inspires the next generation of leaders.

The awards will be presented during the 2026 Ohio Osteopathic Symposium on Saturday, April 25th, at a special awards luncheon at the Hilton Columbus in Easton. Each award recipient will be invited to attend the luncheon as our honored guest and may bring up to two guests to join them at no cost.

Submission deadline is Friday, March 13, 2026.  Please include a CV and headshot of the nominee.

Award receipients will be notified by Friday, April 3, 2026.

Thank you for your help to identify those who should be recognized. Please contact Heidi Weber, Executive Director, at hweber@ohiodo.org, with any questions and/or to forward supporting documents.
