The cost for the weekend is $150 per person prior to May 11th. If you are a young man ages 12-18 the cost is $75 prior to May 11th.

Registration on the grounds is between 5 and 7pm on Friday.

Meals include Friday supper, Saturday brunch and supper, Sunday brunch.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. To the best of our abilities, we will place people in accommodations that best suit their needs and that help everyone attending to find a space.

Please note that our kitchen is unable to provide completely dairy or gluten free options for meals. We encourage those requiring special meals to bring food to supplement the camp: please let us know if you require storage space, etc.

I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages and all liability for personal injury or property damages which may hereafter occur to myself or those I am registering as a result of participation in the Weyburn Chapter FGBMF/TCMA programming. This release is intended to discharge in advance Weyburn Chapter FGBMF & TCMA, its members, employees, volunteers, and agents from liability, even though that liability may arise out of perceived negligence on the part of persons mentioned above. It is understood that some activities involve an element of risk or danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assignees.
