KBS PTO Spring Fling 2026
Event Information
This fundraiser supports our elementary school through the PTO. We appreciate your partnership in creating a fun, family-friendly experience for our students and families.
Dates: Saturday March 21st, 2026
Times: 11 am - 3 pm
Location: K. B. Sutton Elementary School, 1315 SR-83 Forsyth, GA 31029
Registration Deadline: March 14th, 2026
Fee amount: $50 per 10x10 spot
Confirmation: You are not confirmed until payment is received.
Payment Deadline: March 18th, 2026.

Setup Window: 9-11 am Saturday morning
Breakdown Window: 3-5 pm Saturday afternoon
· All products must be appropriate for an elementary school environment, PTO reserves the right to have items deemed inappropriate, removed.
· Booths must be staffed at all times.
· Vendors may not photgraph students with out permission.
· Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first serve bases.
· Vendors agree to remain setup for the full duration of the event.
· Vendors will need to provide their own power supply. All cords must be taped down for safety.
· Vendors are not allowed to have open flames unless previously approved by PTO.
· Booth placements are assigned by the PTO.
· FOOD VENDORS will need to provide health department permits and proof of insurance.
· Vendors are responsible for their own payment methods. PTO does not handle transactions for vendors.
In the event of inclement weather, a make-up date is scheduled for April 18th, 2026. Fees will transfer to the scheduled make-up day. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for vendors that cannot attend the rescheduled date. No refunds will be given unless the event is canceled by the PTO.
