Welcome to the Annual Hazara Awards Night 2026 Nomination Form. This event serves to celebrate outstanding achievements in education, community engagement and sports prowess. We invite you to nominate yourself or another eligible individual for consideration in one of the following categories:
1. Achieved an ATAR of 85 or above in the 2025 HSC.
2. Did not achieve an ATAR of 85 but have made remarkable accomplishments under challenging circumstances.
3. Graduated from university in 2025 - please specify whether it is a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
4. Sportsperson of the Year (Male or Female).
5. Community Member of the Year - for individuals who have made significant contributions to their community.
Please note the following:
- All HSC nominees must provide proof of their ATAR.
- The highest achievers may be required to submit additional supporting documents.
- All university graduates must provide proof of their degree or a course completion letter.
- If you wish to apply for more than one category, please submit a separate application for each additional category.
