Please note: Essential Companion tickets will need to be applied for prior to booking any other tickets, to ensure that if deemed eligible, you can purchase tickets seated together.

Essential Companion Tickets
Please upload your proof of eligibility below. Once approved details on how to purchase your ticket and claim your complimentary Essential Companion Ticket will be issued. Please allow up to 3 working days.

Essential companion tickets are only available subject to show availability at the time of processing.

Blue Badge Parking Spaces
Limited Blue Badge parking spaces are available for access customers to reserve in advance (free of charge), available on a first come first served basis. Please enter your booking reference and upload your proof of eligibility below. Our team will be in touch, please allow up to 3 working days.

In order to redeem the complimentary essential companion ticket you must provide any of the following documents: 

• Front Page of DLA / PIP
• Blue Badge
• Evidence of registered severely sight impaired
• Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) ID Book
• Access Card
• Official medical / Doctors letter
