Once you are accepted, you may not display or sell any additional items without the approval of the Vendor Coordinator. Must be quiet and not exceed 60db.Must be in good working order, and may not be placed on the sidewalk. All Generators will be inspected the day of setup by the Vendor Management team. Vendor Management Team reserves all right to deem a Generator not approved.Generators exhaust must be place safely to prevent fumes from entering any business or other vendors’ spaces.

Food Vendors are required to have a Tioga County Food Permit. Food permits must be obtained by contacting the Tioga County Environmental Health Department (607) 687-8765, or visiting www.tiogacountyny.com/departments/public-health/ Certificates WILL NOT be issued the day of the event.*

All food trucks must have insurance.

The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Strawberry Festival from and against any loss or expense by reason of any liability by or upon the sponsors for damages because of bodily injuries, at any time resulting there from accidents sustained by any person or persons on account of damage to property rising out of or in consequence of the Strawberry Festival, whether such injuries to persons or damage to property are due or claimed to be due to any negligence of the sponsors, their agents, servants or employees. By signing this application, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read the Rules and Information sheet included with the application and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions therein. The applicant further acknowledges that all decisions of the Strawberry Festival Committee or Historic Owego Marketplace are final. Applications may be rejected for any reason whatsoever, and exhibitors can be asked to leave the festival, with no refund given, if they are found in violation of any festival rules.
