We are excited to be partnering with Continuum Arts & Pilates. Co-Founder Ajay will guide a mat Pilates series that highlights the fundamentals of the Pilates method, with a focus on intentional movement and embodied awareness.
This class is an opportunity to practice collectively and reflect on how movement supports us in our personal healing journeys. Together, we’ll build strength, stability, and deeper connection to self.
Open to all levels, the series will progress thoughtfully each week, with modifications and variations offered throughout class to ensure accessibility and challenge for every body.
