Please use this form if you'd like to order a youth camp t-shirt. The deadline to pre-order t-shirts is May 24th. Remember any CAMPERS who filled out registration forms will NOT need to use this form. Their t-shirt information is listed on the youth camp application. Also, any volunteers who filled out a volunteer application and ordered a shirt on that form will NOT need to complete this. This form is for family members, or anyone else who would like to order a camp shirt.
