    Thank you for supporting Keyreon’s first artisan keycap release. We appreciate your interest in our work. Each piece is individually crafted, hand-painted, and produced in a limited batch. Secure your piece by filling out the form below. All details, timelines, and terms are included for your reference. Please review the details carefully before submitting your order.

  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NOTICE:

    • Local shipping within the Philippines only.
    • International shipping will be available in future releases.
    • Delivery time is case-by-case and depends on buyer's location, courier processing time, weather or unforeseen delays.
    • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email.
    • Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and will be included in the invoice.

  • PAYMENT DETAILS:

    • After submitting this form, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
    • Payment must be completed after 48 hours upon receiving the invoice.
    • Unpaid invoices beyond 48 hours may result in slot cancellation.

    • Orders are confirmed only after verification.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
     
    PRODUCT NATURE
    • Each artisan keycap is hand-painted.
    • Slight color variations, brush textures, and minor surface differences are normal and not considered defects.
    • No two pieces are identical.
    • The base is made from quality resin.
    • The keycap is primed with quality primer and sealed with protective varnish and lacquer for durability.

    PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT
    • This is a preorder item and production begins after the preorder window closes.
    • Production timeline may vary due to the handmade process.
     
    ORDER POLICY
    • Maximum of one (1) artisan keycap per person per form only. 
    • Multiple submissions under the same name, email, or contact number may be reviewed or cancelled.
    • This release is limited to twenty (20) pieces only for the first batch.
    • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
    • All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
     
    ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
    • Buyer must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
    • Keyreon is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
     
    COURIER RESPONSIBILITY
    • All items are inspected and securely packed before shipment.
    • Once handed to the selected courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.
    • Delays caused by courier operations, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond Keyreon’s control.
    • If the item is officially declared lost by the courier, replacement or refund will be reviewed based on courier investigation results.
    • Parcels marked “Delivered” are considered fulfilled.
     
    REPLACEMENT & REFUND
    • Replacement/refund applies only for broken items, severe transit damage, or incorrect item received.
    • Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photo and unboxing proof. Please send it to: hello@keyreon.com 
    • If severe damage is verified, Keyreon will provide the refund/replacement (subject to availability) and cover the replacement shipping fee. 
    • No refunds/replacement for minor paint variations, slight color differences from photos, change of mind, or courier  delays.
     
    Keyreon reserves the right to update policies when necessary.
