A deposit is required to secure your spot in the 2026-27 Program at Hackett Elementary. The tuition deposit will be applied as the final invoice in May, 2027, provided that your child attends through the end of the school year. (For siblings: A seperate registration is required for each child.)

We accept checks (please deliver to your site director, do not mail) or ACH bank transfer, which you can complete online through your invoice link. Please email info@playartsphilly.com for credit card payments. A 3% transaction fee applies to all credit card payments. Complete the following pages of parent/guardian and child information to submit form.

Your tuition deposit is due within 5 days of invoice receipt. Failure to pay your invoice within this time period will result in forfeiture of your child's spot in the program.
Yearly tuition is invoiced in 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition payments are due on the 10th of each month. Late payments will result in late fees and spot forfeiture.
In the event that you drop out of the program before the end of the school year, you will forfeit your tuition deposit. If you stay enrolled in the program through the end of the school year, the deposit will be refunded as the final invoice, in place of your May tuition payment.
