As a volunteer at camp there are certain guidelines in place for the protection and safety of all campers. Please read the following guidelines and then sign that you understand and are willing to abide by them at all times.

1- I am to show a Christlike attitude and love at all times in how I act and speak to campers. If there are any campers acting disrespectfully or disorderly I will immediately contact Sis. Rebecca Crews or Bro. Lance Crews to handle that situation.

2- No adult should ever be alone with any camper that is not his/her own personal child. Any time an adult is with a camper- another adult should be present or multiple campers. This includes in the sacntuary, in dorms, in classrooms, and any other location at camp. Classrooms and dorms should be locked when there are no adults available to supervise.

3- We are all commited to the safety of campers. There should be no wrestling, rough housing, bullying, or inappropriate talk permitted at any time. If such actions or talk is heard Sis. Rebeeca or Bro. Lance should be made aware immedialty.

Per Florida law all volunteers who work summer camp must have a specific level two background check through DCF. Once completed these are typically good for five years. You will be given further details on this screening if you have not had it completed, and the dates the screenings are available. By signing this form you are stating: I agree to have this background check done and I understand that I will not be able to work camp until and unless this is completed and approved. I also confirm that I have read the above guidelines for camper safety and the camp rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. As a volunteer I am agreeing to follow the same dress code as campers. *
