1. Pre-registration for camping during the McLean County Fair is open May 1st through July 10th, 2026. Any reservations after July 10th need to be made in person at our office. Overnight camping is only allowed for those approved by MCF management.
2. Each campsite will receive one vehicle parking pass; this must be displayed while parked on the Fairgrounds; otherwise, your vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense.
3. All campers under the age of 18 sleeping overnight on the Fairgrounds between 5 PM Tuesday, JULY 28th through 8 AM Sunday, AUGUST 2nd, 2026, must have a completed release of liability waiver at the Fair office prior to the first overnight stay.
4. All minors must be under the direct supervision of a parent in attendance. The ratio is One (1) adult to Four (4) youth campers. The supervising adult must be the parent of one of the campers. All parents will be required to list the names of the campers they will be responsible for. Any updates must be communicated and approved by MCF management before camping is allowed.
5. A $20 per night fee will be assessed for each camping unit placed on the grounds. Registration and payment are required by the day of arrival.
6. Campers must wear the designated camping wristband received at check-in at all times.
7. Camping units are allowed to park in the designated camping area starting on Tuesday, July 28th at 5:00 PM. No vehicles or camping units are allowed on the fairgrounds prior to that date and time unless approved by MCF management. Only one vehicle per camping unit is allowed per camping space for the duration of the fair. Campers are responsible for keeping their campsite neat and clean. All trash and waste must be disposed of in an approved manner. Dumping black/gray water directly on the ground is prohibited.
9. No alcoholic beverages, narcotics, tobacco, or illegal substances of any kind are permitted on the fairgrounds.
10. No fires of any sort are allowed.
11. Campers are responsible for providing all electrical cords. Extension Cords used to distribute power to electrical machines shall be rated 20 amps minimum and must contain ground wire. Cords that do not meet these requirements shall be disconnected immediately from the power supply and must meet the standards before reconnecting.
12. No modifying of electrical outlets is permitted. No electrical cords shall cross any roadways.
13. Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
