2026 Campsite Selection
  • Campsite Selection

Camping is open to 4-H families and vendors at the McLean County Fair. Please read our camping rules thoroughly as they have been updated since last year. Submission of the camping form does not reserve a camping location, you must pay to reserve a spot. If you choose to pay with credit card after completing this form, you receive a link to reserve your site. This form will close on July 10th. After that point you will need to come into the office or stop by the ticket office at the Fairgrounds to reserve a campsite.
  • 1. Pre-registration for camping during the McLean County Fair is open May 1st through July 10th, 2026. Any reservations after July 10th need to be made in person at our office. Overnight camping is only allowed for those approved by MCF management.

    2. Each campsite will receive one vehicle parking pass; this must be displayed while parked on the Fairgrounds; otherwise, your vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense.
