Hi š A LITTLEĀ ABOUT ME
I am not a medical doctor. I am someone on my own health journey who became determined to understand what was really happening in my body.
Like many women after 40, I started experiencing things that didnāt feel normal at all. Low energy, inflammation, stubborn weight gain, brain fog, and just feeling off. I went to doctors and was told the same thing many women hear: everything looks normal.
But I didnāt feel normal.
So I started researching, learning, and testing things for myself. Over time I discovered tools, lifestyle changes, and peptides that helped my body function the way it was meant to again.
Through that process I realized something important. There are a lot of women going through the exact same thing and they feel dismissed or unsupported when they are trying to find answers.
I share what Iāve learned, what has worked for me, and what I continue to learn so that other women have more information and options as they work toward feeling better.
My goal has always been simple.
Help women eat better, move their bodies, and support their health so they can become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.
