Please provide a reference image. (If you are having a problem with this make sure you have a good internet connection and if the form keeps resetting just leave it blank). Please do not send me any AI created images, they will not be used in the creation of your tattoo.

Would you be comfortable with photographs or videos of your tattoo? Regardless of placement I always blur around the tattoo, I will never ask to photograph any parts of you that is not the tattoo that I have done. I will never include your face and will always censor intimate body parts.
