Sponsors of Horizons Workforce Program receive priority access to pre-vetted job candidates who have successfully completed our Professional Skills Certification. In addition, Texas Workforce Commission will offer hiring support, including first 3 weeks’ pay for employees who qualify from this pipeline. Sponsoring Partners will also be able to partner with Horizons and The RANGE to create a customized certification(s) with the skills you need in your operation.
