The following information is required to complete your application for scholarship.

1. Two letters of recommendation to support your application.
a) One from a current or past teacher
b) One from a representative of the applicant’s community

2. Provide a 500 (minimum) word essay entitled “My Expectations Beyond High School” and attach the essay to your completed application.

3. A copy of your high school transcript and copies of your college/university acceptance letters

4. Your resume

5. Any additional information that will assist our evaluation of your application (only if applicant desires)
