It's time for summer swim team! There are three steps to register:

1. Complete this form (one per family)

2. Fill out the 2026 CSA registration form (one per swimmer)

3. Submit your payment for Summer 2026 (fees & details below, pay in the form)

Deadline to register for summer 2026: May 22, 2026 (new pool members should email friendlyswimteam@gmail.com to register after this date)
