Full Contract Terms:

Safety & Conduct
Exotic Limo Orlando is not responsible for injuries resulting from horseplay or unsafe conduct while the vehicle is moving or stopped. The purchaser is responsible for all guests and their behavior. The chauffeur may require compliance with these rules and may end service for safety or noncompliance.

Damage, Cleaning, and Loss of Use
The purchaser agrees to be fully liable for all charges caused by the purchaser or any guest, including but not limited to:

$20 per broken glassware item
$100 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
$150 detailing/wax (sickness on exterior)
$175 shampoo/disinfection (sickness on interior)
$200 minimum per burn, hole, rip, or tear to upholstery
$200 minimum per act of vandalism
3× the above charges for removed/stolen items
$250 sanitation fee for damage
If the vehicle is removed from service due to damage/cleanup, the purchaser may be charged for downtime/loss of revenue per hour as stated in this contract.

Personal Property
Remove valuables when the vehicle is unattended. Exotic Limo Orlando is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

No Smoking / Compliance
No smoking is permitted in any vehicle. Exotic Limo Orlando reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these terms or failure to follow chauffeur instructions.

Deposits, Payments, and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, the deposit is 50% of the total contract price and is due at booking. The remaining balance is due in full fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. All deposits (cash, check, or credit card authorization) are non-refundable for any reason, except acts of God.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice will be billed the Total Contract Amount.

Reservation Confirmation Requirement
To confirm the booking, the signed contract and required deposit must be received within 24 hours of the initial reservation. Failure to do so may result in loss of the reservation.

Trip Details, Changes, and Additional Charges
All information provided by the purchaser is binding and subject to Exotic Limo Orlando’s acceptance. The purchaser should plan for delays and follow the agreed schedule. Itinerary changes may be allowed only if Exotic Limo Orlando can accommodate surrounding bookings.

The purchaser is responsible for additional charges incurred, including overtime, tolls, parking, and extra stops.

Overtime (Transfers/Point-to-Point): charged in one-hour increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Extra stops: $25 (Sedan) / $35 (Limo).
Waiting time: Point-to-point pricing includes immediate pickup and drop-off (no wait time).

Transfers: become a two-hour charter after a 15-minute grace period.
No-shows: after 30 minutes grace period. If the customer fails to appear at pickup and does not notify the office and/or driver, the full contracted amount will be charged.

Mechanical Breakdown
Exotic Limo Orlando is not liable for delays or nonperformance caused by mechanical breakdown during an hourly rental. The company’s responsibility is limited to making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Gratuity and Tax
A 20% gratuity and 6.5% tax will be added to the total charge.

Prom Reservations
Prom reservations must be completed by a parent/guardian, and the contract must be returned with the required deposit and signed terms and conditions.
