    Thank you for your interest in being a part of Pinoy Festival 2026, the largest Filipino Festival in British Columbia! As a vendor, you’ll have the chance to showcase your products or services to a large and engaged audience for two days.

    Please complete this form to apply for your Booth Space - all applications will be reviewed by our Committee and approved vendors will be notified with next steps.

    All booth spaces are 10x10 feet and you can select if you would like to book for one day or for two days.  All booths will be located inside Swangard Stadium.

    Organizers will inform approved Booth Vendors and Exhibitors of their assigned location prior to the event.

    To ensure ample time for set-up and take-down of our Marketplace (Tiangge) and entire event, please note the following dates:

     

    Friday - June 19: Set-up at 5pm (all Vendors and Exhibitors must set up on this day)

    Saturday - June 20:  Pinoy Festival Event Day 1;  take down at 8pm

    Sunday - June 21: Pinoy Festival Event Day 1; take down at 7pm

     

    If you are booked for two days, Security will be at the stadium overnight but you can leave your booth overnight at your own risk.

     
    Vendor & Exhibitor Categories


    Artisan Vendors – If you create and sell your own handmade crafts, jewelry, art, or other unique products, this is your category. Artisan vendors must be the original makers of their items.

     
    Retail Vendors – This category is for businesses reselling products such as clothing, shoes, cosmetics, accessories, or grocery items. If you sell ready-made goods or run a small retail business, please choose this category.

     
    Exhibitors – Professionals and service providers, such as realtors, immigration consultants, financial advisors, and dentists, are some examples of exhibitors.

     
    Corporate Exhibitors – Companies, established brands, political parties, union,  developers, schools and major grocery or retail chains are some examples of businesses that fall into this category.

    Tent Packages

    Tent Packages are available for an additional fee and they are optional.  They include one 10x10 tent, one table, two chairs and sandbags.  It will also include the set-up and take down of your tent and these items.  

    Please note as per Swangard policies, sandbags are mandatory and no pegs are allowed to be used to secure the tents.

  • Welcome Artisan Vendor!

  • Artisan vendors are ones who create the items they will be selling - examples include candles, jewellery, ornamental objects, pottery and other handicrafts. 

    Registration Fee listed below is for one 10x10 Booth Space.  Only one registered Artisan Vendor per Booth Space is allowed. 

  • Welcome Retail Vendor!

  • Retail vendors are small businesses who sell items sourced from various suppliers. Items may include clothing, shoes, small grocery stores, cosmetics or resellers.

    Registration Fee listed below is for one 10x10 Booth Space.  Only the one registered Retail Vendor per Booth Space is allowed. 

  • Welcome Exhibitor!

  • Exhibitors are direct sales agents and professionals that offer a range of services. Examples may include realtors, immigration consultants, medical clinics and sales agents.

    Registration Fee is for one 10x10 Booth Space.

    Fee is $1625 for one exhibitor or $2015 for two exhibitors in one Booth Space. Exhibitors that wish to share a booth are responsible for finding the other exhibitor they wish to share with.

    Maximum of only two registered exhibitors per Booth Space. 

  • Welcome Corporate Exhibitor!

  • Corporate Booth Spaces are for established businesses, organizations, or institutions looking to showcase their brand, products, or services.  Examples in this category are banks, credit unions, telecom companies, major brands and educational institutions.   

    Registration Fee includes one 10x10 Booth Space as well as set-up and take-down of:

    - one 10x10 tent

    - one table

    - two chairs

    We will take care of making sure your booth is ready to go for the Pinoy Festival - and that you have a great space for your community outreach!

  • REFUND POLICY

     Please note Registration Fees are non-refundable and the Pinoy Festival event will take place rain or shine.  Refunds will only be be provided if the Pinoy Festival is cancelled by the organizers.

  • ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    I hereby acknowledge and affirm with my signature below that all information provided above is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.  I will also adhere to the Vendor Responsibilities and Refund Policy outlined above and understand they may be subject to change as required by the event venue and / or organizers.
