Skater Skate Canada Registration Fee $54.60CAD
This is an annual fee (from September 1 to August 31). If you skated with a Sanctioned Club this past winter (Sept 1, 2025 to now), you DO NOT need to add this fee to your invoice.

Additional Comments:
- The Spring programs are being offered at: Hespeler Arena.
- Class dates: May 11 to June 22, 2026
- All skaters are required to have a home club.
- Register form is due April 1st, 2026.
- Some programs have limited space so please register early.
- Make up sessions are not available this spring.
- All skaters are required to be registered with Skate Canada before they start the Spring Program. If you skated with Preston FSC or Cambridge SC this past winter, you are not required to register again with Skate Canada.
- Once the form has been submitted their are no refunds.
- Please note: There is no refund if you miss a session due to illness or arriving late.

I, the undersigned accept full financial responsibility for this application form. I understand that there will be no refunds of deposits or due balances after the deadline dates. I agree that Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused and agree to release indemnity and save harmless the Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) from all damage or claims as a result of such accidents or loss. I agree my child / ward will abide by the rules and regulations of the Champions Training Centre of Cambridge {KLFSS Inc} as set by the directors. Any disregard for these rules will result in the removal of the Skater from our skating program without refund of any fees paid.
