I, one of the People as seen in the 50 State Constitutions, (Republican in Form), Sui Juris, present this Grievance for Redress that you provide immediate due care to those with all political power, the People.
Please take Notice: I submit this grievance for redress by right, and not as part of any case, to instruct our servants and trustees in government that America is founded on Christian principles and anything not in pursuance of America's constitutional law, Anglo-Saxon English common law, as established in the Magna Carta, is null and void. Historic common law tradition recognizes peoples’ sovereignty comes from Jesus Christ. As the maxim states, the inclusion of one is the exclusion of another. The original State and Federal Constitution(s) were formed to benefit the People in their natural sovereignty and the public good. According to John Locke, the “public good” is determined by the people and is the reason that government exists. The People determined the public good conformed to the fundamental principles of Christianity. The People created the constitutions based on the laws of nature from Almighty God.
Maxim of Law: The Christian religion is a part of the common law.
CHRISTIANITY. 1. The religion established by Jesus Christ. 2. Christianity has been judicially declared to be a part of the common law of Pennsylvania; of Connecticut; of Massachusetts. Maxim of Law: The inclusion of one is the exclusion of another. The certain designation of one person is an absolute exclusion of all others.

RELIGIOUS. When religious books or reading are spoken of, those which tend to promote the religion taught by the Christian dispensation must be considered as referred to,... (Excerpts) (Bolded for emphasis) Black’s Law Dictionary 1st Edition (1891). And;
Please take Notice: In the historic common law tradition, Jesus Christ grants people their rights and authority to create government for their common good. “We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations.” - Robert Hunt. Furthermore, any religion that is contrary to Christianity is contrary to the public good because it wars against the source of People’s sovereignty as coming from Jesus Christ by embracing an alternative source which fundamentally abolishes law as understood in this nation. State Constitution Preambles and the Declaration of Independence (1776) express gratitude to Almighty God / Author of Existence / Creator / Divine Goodness / Divine Guidance / Divine Providence / God / Great Legislator of the Universe / Sovereign Ruler of the Universe / Supreme Being / Supreme Ruler of the Universe—phrases that echo Genesis 17:1 and Revelation 19:16, according to the Holy Bible King James Version.

Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order and demand that you and your agents acknowledge and proclaim the historic common law tradition recognizing the Peoples’ sovereignty comes from the Christian Dispensation of Jesus Christ and incorporated in the 51 Constitutions. Accordingly, you are to publicly declare, at both the state and federal levels, that the United States of America is a Christian nation. Such declarations shall include, but are not limited to, public acknowledgment during the State of the Union Address scheduled for February 24, 2026, and the Rededication on May 17, 2026. This official proclamation shall further be made through public service announcements, resolutions, press releases, statements by the White House Press Secretary, declarations on the floors of state legislatures and the United States Congress, postings across all state and federal government websites and official social media platforms, and formal recognition by the Supreme Court of the United States and all state supreme courts. Furthermore, all United States Senators are to forward this Notice to their respective state governors, state legislatures, and state supreme courts. If you believe that any of the above claims are untrue and that you have a Constitutional grant of authority to trespass the Peoples’ Right and subvert our Republican form of government, rebut by sworn affidavit, point by point, under penalty of perjury, within seven (7) days of receiving this Notice. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree that all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law. Additionally, you agree that you are acting with full knowledge, intent and malice trespassing the Peoples’ Right and that no court shall rehear the matter, but it shall stand as evidence in all courts of record.
