Our 2026 Annual Meeting will take place October 2-4 at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg. The VSR invites you to submit your research to be considered for inclusion in the poster session.
Share your rheumatology research and clinical vignettes with our VSR members and audience! The VSR poster session is open to all: physicians, APPs, fellows, residents, and students. New and previously presented posters from ACR, EULAR, Winter Simposium, ACP or another academic conference from the preceding year will be accepted.
No more than 2 submissions per person. Each poster presenter has access to a display area of up to 48” x 48”, so please plan accordingly to fit within that space. Posters may be portrait or landscape.
Industry supporters may submit one poster that must have been accepted and presented at ACR, EULAR or another national rheumatology meeting in the preceding year. Industry submissions are not eligible for prizes.
The top three poster submissions will win prizes of $125, $75, and $50 respectively.
The deadline for submission is Monday, August 24th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. You will be notified by Friday, July 25th via email if your submission has been accepted.
