PLEASE complete the form below to request your party cart NOTE FOR OUR PARTY CART: We kindly ask for the exact number of guests, cups, trays needed (see minimum section) We prepare supplies based on your request and may not be able to accommodate additional servings beyond that number. This helps us ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone!

  • To Ensure a smooth and successful booking, please review and confirm the following information.

    Please ensure your venue is easy to access for transportation of our cart. Limited gravel and stairs as they make transport unsafe. Space required is 10x10 with solid level surface to ensure the stability of our cart. We are unable to set up on dirt or gravel. OUTDOOR SET UP must be in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight to protect our cart, food quality and your guest's comfort. POWER SUPPLY- Our cart requires electricity. Please ensure a power outlet is available within reach of our setup area. ALLERGY NOTICE- Our food options may contain milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance. SERVICE TIME- We provide service for up to 2 hours or until order amount has been reached. - Whichever comes first. MEDIA CONSENT- We may take pictures or videos at your event for social media. IF you prefer not to be featured, please let us know! SUMMER HEAT POLICY- (JUNE-Early OCTOBER) Due to extreme heat and humidity in BUFFALO, we only accept bookings that are scheduled for indoor, early mornings or late evenings during the summer months. This is to make sure safety of our staff and your guests as well as to maintain food quality.
  • Deposit and Payment Requirements

    TO secure your booking, a 35% deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied towards your total balance. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event. NOTE: Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
