By registering your child for photos, you are giving Rachael Coley Photography permission to photograph your child and display in an online photo gallery. You MUST register prior to the photo days for photos to be taken of your child.

This is a composite-style group image (not a traditional class photo). Consent line: Please indicate if you are happy for your child to be included in the group/class photo (used only for printed keepsake purposes, not for online or promotional use).
I consent to Rachael Coley Photography to using images of my child on social media/website/promotional/print material/educational material, some examples of previous work. Please note: Name & location will never be used.*
