Music File Format

1. The music files are to be in WAV format.
2. Music files are to be labelled using the format below:
3. Please note there are no commas or underscores.
4. Where club music is being used for multiple athletes, the name can be omitted and this will be used for all unless there is a music file with an athlete's name.

Individual:
Name - Club Level Apparatus
eg Jane Smith – Rhythmic Stars Jnr Clubs; Emma Brown - Brighton L7 Snr Ball

Group/multiples:
First names - Club Division Apparatus
eg JoyKimLola – Brighton Cat 4 Trio Ribbon;
eg JaneChloeSallyLucy – Rhythmic Stars Cat 1 Snr Freehand

How to Upload Music

1. Clubs must upload music through the JotForm, following the steps below.
2. Complete club information. This contact will be notified if there are any issues with the music.
3. Select the type of submission, ie original or change of music. Note: Once music is submitted for a competition it will be used for each subsequent competition during the year in which the athlete/group/multiple is entered unless an updated music file is submitted.
4. Complete event name and event date.
5. Upload ALL pieces of music for the competition at the same time.

*Clubs/coaches should have their current music readily accessible on a USB at competitions in case needed.

Changing Pieces of Music
If a piece of music needs to be changed, please follow the following process:

1. Put V2 at the beginning of the file name, eg V2 Name - Club Level Apparatus
2. Submit the music using the JotForm.
3. Select ‘Change of music’ as the type of music submission.
4. Upload all the music that need to be uploaded.

Submission Date Deadlines
Original music or updated music is due 2 weeks after entries close.
