Vehicle Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

By ticking the "I Agree" checkbox below, the renter confirms that they have read , understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlines in this agreement. The agreement shall be legal binding and enforceable as if physically signed.

*Renter identification
The Renter is the individual whose full name, address, contact details, and valid driver's information were provided in the Driver information section of this form and submitted electronically.

LAWFUL USE ONLY

The renter agrees to use the vehicle for lawful purpose only and in full compliance will all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES & SEIZURE

The Vehicle owner shall not be held liable for any illegal acts committed by the renter while in possession of the vehicle.

If the vehicle is seized, impounded, damaged or involved in any criminal or illegal activity:
- The renter accepts full legal and financial responsibility
- the renter agrees to pay all fines, penalties, towing fees, legal costs, and loss of rental income
- The Vehicle owner reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately without refund
DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

The renter accepts the vehicle in good conditon and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

The renter shall be fully responsible for:
- Any damage to the vehicle (minor or major)
- Mechanical damage cause by misuse or negligence
- Theft of loss of vehicle or any accessories
ACCIDENTS

In the event of an Accident:
- The renter must notify the Vehicle owner immediately
- The renter remains liable for damages not covered by insurance
NO LIABILITY TO VEHICLE OWNER

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to the vehicle owner for any claims, injuries, losses, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period.

TERMINATION

The Vehicle owner reserves the right to repossess the vehicle immediately if;
- This agreement is breahced
- the vehicle is used in unlawfully or recklessly
- false information was provided by renter
ACKNOWLEGEMENT

By ticking "Agree", the renter confirms that;
- all information provided is accurate
- they understand and accept all terms
- the agreement is binding without a physical signature
