  • Ads can be added to venues throughout the month, but payment cycles run starting the 1st of each month. To get the most out of your advertising cycle, we recommend starting your ad on the 1st of the month, which means we need the completed advertisement by the last day of the month.

    If you want RCC to design your ad for you, we need 2-3 days prior to the requested ad start date, assuming we have all necessary information from you, including links, QR codes, and desired call to actions.

  • Ads can be purchased in 10 second increments, and content can be either static or video. Content must be appropriate for a general audience. 

    Venue screens are generally 50"-65" but size varies depending on the location. More intimate venues may have slightly smaller screens, but RCC will not contract with a venue that cannot provide a location for a screen of a decent size with good visibility.     Ads must be submitted as either PNG, JPG, or MP4 files. Recommended aspect ratio is 16:9.

    Please ensure that all artwork supplied is not in violation of any Copyright Laws.

    You will either email the advertisement to SheriLMcClure@gmail.com or email a link to a downloadable file to the same email address. Please make sure to provide a password, if needed.

  • Alcoholic Beverage Control Restrictions

    ABC has regulations governing advertising for and between businesses who sell and produce alcohol. The following questions will help RCC ensure you are paired with appropriate venues and that the pairings abide by these restrictions.

  • * Marketing Partners (venue owners) have the final say in who can advertise on their screens. Most request that advertisers are not in direct competition with their goods and services. If your chosen Marketing Partner location(s) is not avaiable, you will be notified, offered an alternative, and allowed the option to withdraw from the contract.

    Assuming there are no conflicts with the venue or ABC restrictions, you will have your ad placed in all three venues for the months of May and June as a thank you for getting CMP started!

                10 second ad space for two venue locations to be shown in a 1en minute loop during operating hours. There is a three month contract, which will be invoiced for the 1st of each month for the subsequent months with the option to cease participation after the third month. (Includes $5 in online processing fees -3.3% + $.30.)

              • Signing indicates an agreement to the three (3) month advertising contract pending the successful processing of your first payment. Advertising will commence the 1st of the month after both the contract has been signed and the payment has been made. 

                Invoices will be sent and payments will be expected by the 5th of each month for the remainder of the three month contract. After that time, advertisers can choose to remain in or leave the Community Marketing Partnership.
