Once registered you will receive a follow up with details to make payment. If you are signing up as a family of 3 or more, the family package will apply and one online registration may be done, with the main member responsible for payment required to fill in their details. You will note at the bottom of this form that you will be required to add all member names that will fall under this registration. In cases where the packages will differ between the family members, select the package FAMILY COMBO PACKAGE. We will be in touch with you to confirm the package selection and payment details will be sent to the main member responsible for payment. A once off Registration Fee of R300 per member applies on all membership, including Month-to-Month members.
Month-to-Month Membership
Month-to-Month memberships incur an additional R250 per month charged over and above the listed membership fee.
Upfront Payment
5% discount applied to 3 & 6 month payments, 10% discount applied to 12 month upfront payments.

MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT: Fees are payable in advance and not in arrears. You are responsible for payment of your fees by the 1st of every month via EFT (we do not currently have a debit order system). Failure to do so will incur a 10% late payment fee. To avoid this, please ensure we receive the proof of payment via email on the 1st of the month (admin@saintsstrikingacademy.com). Membership fees are still due regardless of lack of attendance.

We offer discounts on 3, 6 and 12 month payments upfront.

We are a member of Accountability Solutions Pty Ltd who manage collection of outstanding funds and reports consumer credit behaviour to registered Credit Bureaus. If you fail to pay your monthly membership fees, you will be required to pay all costs in connection with the collection of the arrears including legal costs. This also includes any and all outstanding fees due on cancellation and freezing of memberships.

REGISTRATION FEE: This fee is non-refundable. Should you leave and sign up at a later date, the registration fee will apply on sign up once again.

CANCELATION POLICY: 2 x Calendar Months’ notice is required to cancel your membership with all fees paid up to date up to the termination date. No exceptions. Should you sign up again with us at a later stage, the once off registration fee applies.

ANNUAL LEVY: R200 per member will be invoiced to members at the end of November, each year, for the duration of the membership. This fee also applies to month-to-month members.

ANNUAL INCREASES: At our discretion, annual increases may be applied on the 1st of February with advanced notice to members up to 90 days ahead of the increase.

COMPETITION & COACHING FEES: Additional fees apply should you wish to compete. These fees cover additional class training, possible after-hours training and our affiliation fees. Please refer to our Competition Information Document should you wish to compete. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable.

TRAINING GEAR REQUIREMENTS: All MMA members are required to purchase the appropriate training equipment and gear from Saints Striking Academy & Fitness. Training with the appropriate gear is non-negotiable. Training also requires you to wear the Saints uniform which consists of a Saints T Shirt and/or Rashie, black or white shorts. BoxFit clients are required to purchase gloves and hand wraps within a reasonable period after sign up.

CATCH UP CLASSES: Are allowed within 4 weeks from date of absence and may not be carried over for longer than this period. Membership fees are still due regardless of lack of attendance.

PACKAGE CHANGE: May be changed at any time. An admin fee of R100 applies.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIP: You may freeze for a maximum of 2 months at a cost of 50% of your monthly membership fee. This can only be for serious medical reasons (please provide proof) or religious reasons or when you have been placed under financial administration (proof is to be provided). Refunds will not be issued in cases where fees have been paid upfront for the contract duration but you will not be required to pay anything to freeze.

CLASS BOOKINGS: All members are required to book classes ahead of time on the website www.saintsstrikingacademy.com

By entering into this Agreement, you agree to comply with the rules of the gym which can change at any time without notice but are published on our website. From time to time we may introduce new services and/or facilities and introduce new membership types without notice. By signing this agreement, it will be deemed that the member hereby agrees and consents in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Regulation 44(3)(t).

Warranty: You warrant and represent to us that you are physically and mentally fit to proceed with exercise and you will defend at your expense, indemnify and hold us harmless against any damages or expenses that may occur, and pay any costs, damages or legal fees and costs awarded against us resulting from a breach of this clause. Before engaging in any exercise program, we recommend that you consult with a physician and only upon obtaining medical clearance should you participate in and exercise routine. We will not be liable for any injury or death occurring, directly or indirectly, from any training. We caution you that improper use of the equipment and facility of the gym can result in serious harm and injury (including death).

Please ensure that you are well informed by a training specialist before participating in supervised or unsupervised training. Liability: To the extent that the Act does not preclude or prohibit any exclusion or limitation of liability, we will not be liable to you for any special damages (to the extent they are consequential loss or damage), indirect or consequential loss or damage, whether arising from breach of agreement, negligence, under any indemnity or otherwise The parties to this agreement agree that they have negotiated this paragraph and that it represents a fair and equitable position.

Please do not sign the agreement until you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Members agree to adhere to the Client Code of Conduct when signing this document.
