Cancellation Policy & Refunds: To secure your place in class a deposit is required and full class payment must be made at least 2 weeks before class. The deposit value is dependent on the cost of class and tutor. For example, deposit for a New Zealand tutor 25% class cost and an international tutor 50%. If you must cancel, please give as much notice as possible. If we are notified of your cancellation refund will be at the discretion of the committee however: if there is a waiting list, registration will be transferred to the first person on the waiting list. If another person is found, we will refund your fees within 6-8 weeks of written (or email) notification that you wish to cancel. If there is no waiting list It is your responsibility to find a person to replace you in class as the club will have already committed to the costs of the class. If we do not find someone to take your place you will still be required to pay for the class.
