    • I understand that my child/children may be photographed/filmed while participating in games or training.
    • I understand that these images may be used on social media or club flyers to help promote the Warburton Junior Netball Club.
    • I give permission to the Warburton Junior Netball Club to use my child’s images at their discretion.
    • I understand that it is my responsibility to update this form in the event that I no longer wish to authorise the above uses.

  • This section is only required if your child is in High School. We understand that High School aged students may make their own way to training/games. To support us to keep your child safely supervised, please indicate if any of the following apply to you.

    **Please note, all players who attend primary school must have a parent or guardian present at all times.

  • Code of Conduct

    As a registered player of the Warburton Junior Netball Club, there are certain expectations that are required to be met in order to uphold our rules and values. WJNC abides by the By-Laws set by both Netball Victoria and Upper Yarra Netball Association. WJNC emphasises on being a family-friendly club that is inclusive of all netball abilities and social standings.

  • By signing this code of conduct, both player and parent/guardian agree to abide by these following rules:

    • Fully comply with the By-Laws set by both Netball Victoria and Upper Yarra Netball Association
    • Play by the rules
    • Participate in a fair and safe manner
    • Wear the WJNC uniform with pride, ensuring the dress/shorts are at a reasonable length and that your behaviour when wearing the uniform on court and in the community is at WJNC standards
    • Abide by all decisions made by coaches and umpires without any argument
    • Cooperate with your coach and team mates by showing respect at all times
    • Treat all players as you would expect to be treated
    • Ensure at all times that your behaviour is fair and up to WJNC standards
    • Be a patient and enthusiastic supporter of all players on the court
    • Be a responsible team member
    • Encourage and assist all players
    • Respect and acknowledge the time and effort our volunteers give to our club each week
    • Bullying or disrespectful behaviour is NOT tolerated in any way 


    If you do not meet these requirements, WJNC has a 3 strike system:


    1st strike – verbal warning by the president or committee member
    2nd strike – written warning from WJNC
    3rd strike – suspension of membership and banned from playing at WJNC for 12 months
