    The following questions will determine if you are eligible for a GLD internship. Note that these are legal requirements and no exceptions can be made. To be an intern at GLD, you must be a student that will receive course credit for completing the internship. This means that by completing the internship, you will receive credit hours towards your degree, and the internship will show as course on your transcript. Sometimes this type of course is called an internship course, an independent study, or a consulting course.

  • Internship Track Preference

    GLD is only offering the Data Science internship track this semester. The Data track provides an opportunity to work with real-world data to gain skills related to the gathering, processing, and analysis of quantitative data. In this track, you will gain skills in coding, data cleaning, data visualization, statistical analysis,and dissemination of results. Note that the specific tasks to be completed will be determined based on the needs of the projects and the skills and goals of the chosen applicant. are related to ongoing GLD projects - you can read more about each project on the GLD webpage.
