Please calculate the total depth of the pitch including all essential space behind which you may require. There is no extra charge for depth, but we have limited space, so keeping your stall as small as possible will increase your likelihood of being accepted to trade. Please include space for any vehicles required. Staff vehicles that can be kept in the staff car park do not need to be included in this.

Only essential vehicles are allowed behind your pitch (ie vehicles needed for trading), all general parking will be in the staff car park.
Your arrival: Please take this into consideration when applying for the event, new to 2026 we have added Thursday entry with it's own line-up meaning an extra day of trading!

A reminder - No persons under the age of 16 are permitted on site during build or break periods. During live event days, any children attending must hold a valid, paid children’s ticket. Under 16s may not be accredited as staff or work on site under any circumstances.
