    The PCCS De-implementation Working Group invites you to a specialised webinar focused on streamlining Paediatric Intensive Care through the reduction of low-value practices. As healthcare evolves, the challenge is not just what to add to our practice, but what to safely remove.

    In this session, Prof. Lyvonne Tume will review the current landscape of low-value care in UK PICUs and present the latest consensus work. Following this, Alison Jones will provide a practical roadmap for de-implementation, offering strategies to successfully navigate clinical change on the ground. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A, allowing the audience to engage directly with our chairs and speakers.
