Cognizant of the fact I willingly embrace the aforementioned call of God on my life, I willingly renounce every form of behaviour or conduct which does not glorify the Lord Jesus Christ; Because I receive the International Ministers Fellowship as a ministerial network and Association which I
would like to relate with; Because I am willing to function as a member of the Fellowship and to uphold its tenets and ideals as received from God, I hereby apply to be ordained and credentialed by the Fellowship as part of my release into ministry;

I commit to sincere, relationship with God and the saints in the Fellowship and submit myself to proper spiritual accountability concerning life and ministry. In so doing, I realize the International Ministers Fellowship is at liberty to withdraw my membership and its credentials if my life and ministry is found to be reproachful to the name of the Lord or if I engage in actions which violate trust and accountability in the Fellowship.
