A 3% LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED EACH MONTH INVOICE IS PAST DUE.

No Refunds: Services completed as described in this contract are not subject to refunds. The Client will not be reimbursed for services canceled once work has begun. All sales are final.

Modifications: To change anything to this contract, the client and the business must agree to the change in writing and sign a document showing their contract.

Signatures: The client must sign the document either electronically or hardcopy. If this document is signed as a hardcopy, it must be returned to the business for a valid record. Electronic signatures count as originals for all purposes.

Payment: Bill will be sent via email once service is complete. Bill will only be sent via USPS if requested by customer.
