We aren't looking for people who are just chasing a discount or looking for free gear; anyone can say they like a handout. We are looking for partners—dedicated individuals who have already invested in TFS because they believe in the quality of a small business and want to lend a hand in helping us grow. If you’ve been running our cables in the field, believe in our mission, and are ready to be an active part of the TFS legacy, we want to hear from you.

    Not a Handout: Your initial acceptance grants you access to Pro Staff pricing, but that is just the starting point. Performance-Based ROI: We track the value you bring to this one-man business. As you actively send sales our way and help grow the brand, your personal discounts will increase and can lead to free gear. The Bottom Line: If there is no ROI (Return on Investment) for the business through your advocacy, you will be moved out of the program to make room for those who are actively helping us grow.
