    Complete this form to request Girl Scout uniforms (if you only need some components, please use our ‘Store Pick-Up Order’ form).  After submitting the form, we will reach out with any questions and for payment. Outreach generally will take place in 1-3 business days from your request being submitted. If you’d like the uniform heat to be pressed, additional charges will be apply and will be included on your invoice. Heat-pressed orders will take additional time for processing (generally an additional 3-5 business days). If you have any questions, please reach out to GSRV at 800-845-0787. Thank you!
