Editing, retouching, and final image selection are at the sole discretion of John Harder and his creative team.
By signing, you acknowledge:
You are commissioning John Harder for his artistic judgment.
Final image choices are not subject to model/client approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editorial decisions are final.
3. Mature Content & Artistic Nudity
This project may include artistic nudity or sensual imagery within the broader gallery or body of work.
If nudity is discussed for your session:
Participation is always optional.
Boundaries will be clearly communicated beforehand.
Consent may be revoked at any time during the shoot.
You acknowledge that:
Other featured models may appear nude or partially nude.
The artistic intent is tasteful, conceptual, and non-exploitative.
4. Release of Liability & Claims
You agree not to bring legal claims against John Harder or his team regarding:
Lawful usage of images consistent with the selected release option
Placement of images alongside other artistic content
Creative edits, cropping, styling, or artistic presentation
Publication in digital or print formats
All approved uses under this agreement are considered final.
5. Legal Confirmation
By signing, you confirm:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally competent to enter this agreement.
You understand and voluntarily agree to its terms.
If a third party attempts to bring an invalid claim on your behalf, you agree to indemnify and cover reasonable legal defense costs.
