Booth Setup & Breakdown
Booth setup begins after 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
All booths must be completely set up by 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup and teardown.
Booths may NOT be dismantled before the festival closes on Sunday at 7:00 PM.
Vendor Package Includes
Each booth includes:
✅ One (1) 10' × 10' Tent
✅ One (1) 6-foot Table
✅ Two (2) Chairs
✅ Water Access
Payment Policy
Applications are not approved until full payment is received.
Final payment deadline: August 15, 2026.
Vendors who fail to pay by the deadline will forfeit their booth reservation.
No Refunds • Rain or Shine • No Rain Checks
Required Documents (Food Vendors)
Food Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting:
✅ Temporary Food Establishment Permit (Fairfax County)
✅ Fire Prevention Permit (if cooking equipment is used)
✅ Certificate of Insurance (Minimum $1,000,000 Liability Coverage)
📅 Documents must be submitted no later than August 15, 2026.
Food booths are subject to inspection and approval by the Fairfax County Health Department before opening.
Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor agrees to:
- Keep booth clean throughout the event.
- Dispose of trash and cooking oil properly.
- Follow all Fairfax County Health and Fire regulations.
- Sell only approved products listed on the application.
- Be responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
- Maintain a professional and family-friendly booth at all times.
Security Deposit
Security deposits are refundable after the event provided:
✅ Booth area is left clean
✅ No damages occur
✅ Festival rules are followed
Failure to comply may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
Prohibited Items
The following are NOT permitted:
❌ Fireworks
❌ Weapons or Firearms
❌ Illegal Drugs
❌ Cigarettes
❌ Offensive or Obscene Materials
❌ Unapproved Merchandise
Vendors may not share, sublease, or transfer booth space without prior approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund only if cancellation is received before the applicable refund deadline stated in the Vendor Agreement.
- No refunds after August 15, 2026.
- No refunds due to weather conditions.
