    • IMPORTANT POLICIES
      No make-up lessons will be issued for illness, vacation, or missed classes.
      Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at a time determined by Swimming Lessons by Aubree. Make-up times may vary.

      Classes are closed to observers. Parents and siblings must remain away from the pool area during lessons to ensure focus and safety. Parents are invited to observe on the final day of Week 2.

      Class times are assigned on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment. Payment is due at registration. Your selected class time is not secured until payment has been received. The instructor reserves the right to suggest an alternate time based on class ratios and skill balance.

      Due to limited availability and a waiting list, refunds will not be issued within 10 business days of the session start date. A $40 non-refundable registration fee applies to all cancellations at any time. Lessons are not prorated. Schedule changes, if approved and available, will incur a $20 change fee.

      REQUIRED COMMUNICATION
      All enrolled families are required to join the Swim BAND group for:

      • Weather notifications
      • Class rosters
      • Parking instructions
      • Session reminders
      • Important updates throughout the session

      A detailed welcome newsletter will be posted in the BAND group one week prior to the start of lessons.

      Failure to join BAND may result in missed information.

      You will be redirected to join the Swim BAND group immediately after submitting this form.

      Families are also encouraged to follow the Summer Swimming Lessons by Aubree Facebook page for announcements and future registration updates.

      LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
      By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to:

      I understand that participation in swimming lessons involves inherent risk. I voluntarily assume those risks and give permission for medical treatment to be administered if necessary.

      I understand my child’s spot is not secured until payment has been received.
