PYDF Tech Information
All companies must complete their Tech Form by March 10th 2026.

If you have more than one group performing, please fill out a tech form for each piece.

All tech information should be submitted via this form, including music. Please do not email your music files.

Please note that there are no cross-overs backstage.

Lighting

All pieces will be able to have 1 lighting cue in addition to lights up/lights down. We will have cyc which you will also be able to choose the color of or a black out curtain. Please set a bow! All dancers will need to exit stage left at the end of your piece after bows.

Please upload an audio file of your music (MP3, MP4 or wave in an uncompressed format file) of your music to the dropbox folder below

Your music should be one track per piece and must include any & all pauses.

For safety purposes please bring a backup thumb drive with you to the festival as well.

Label Music Files: Dance company name, name of piece, Program A (12:00), Program B (3:00pm), Program C (5:30pm)
