Please submit a selection of documents, images, and/or audio / video links of past or current projects that give the evaluators a sense of your arts practice and discipline. Use file names that are brief but specific to the provided content. Upload fields are capped at the limits described below. Do not upload more files or larger files than described below.

Staff and panelists will only review the requested number of samples. Applicants who circumvent this process—by uploading more files, larger files, or multi-page "image sheets"—will be subject to work sample rejection or may not have their full submission reviewed.

Submission Limits:
- Emerging and Established Tiers: Maximum of five (5) work samples total.
- Legacy Tier: Maximum of ten (10) work samples total.
Managing Multiple Links:

Links are only accepted for audio / video support materials. Each link counts towards the limit of support materials. If you are submitting more than three (3) links, you may list the additional URLs within a single document and upload it using the File Upload tool. Documents used only to list additional links will not count toward your maximum number of Artistic Work Samples.

**Note on Timestamps: If you provide a link to a longer audio or video file, you must specify the start and end times for the two-minute segment you want reviewed in the Work Sample Notes field.
