2nd Annual Millville by the Sea Pickleball Tournament Registration Form
Registration Deadline: August 17, 2026

Each participant registers as an individual and must be an MBTS resident. Each participant receives a shirt and needs to select the division in which to participate. Divisions are based on gender and skill level.

Spectators are invited to enjoy the food and drinks, but each spectator must register so we can get an accurate count to provide to the caterer.

On the morning of the tournament, participants and spectators are encouraged to make a cash donation to the Easter Seals’ Camp Fairlee Program (www.campfairlee.com)

The tournament divisions are:
- Men's Novice - Round Robin
- Women's Novice - Round Robin
- Mens Intermediate - Round Robin
- Womens Intermediate- Round Robin
- Mens Advanced - Paired Teams
- Women's Advanced - Paired Teams
- Mixed Doubles - Paired Teams
