Suite Etiquette & Reservation Terms
Please review the following before submitting your reservation request.
Daily suite rentals include eight hours of access per approved day.
Additional hours are prepaid and extend suite access within your approved reservation window.
By proceeding with this reservation request, you acknowledge and agree:
- Submission of this form constitutes a reservation request, not a guaranteed booking
- Reservations are subject to review, availability, and final approval
- Your requested dates and times are not secured until approval is confirmed
- The suite must be left clean, organized, and in original condition
- No damage, alterations, or unauthorized modifications are permitted
- Overtime beyond approved hours may result in additional charges
- Suites By LP is not responsible for personal items left behind
- All reservation payments and fees are final and non refundable
- Failure to follow suite policies may result in immediate termination without refund
- Only lawful and professionally appropriate services may be performed
- Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage caused during the rental period
Reservation Fee & Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you expressly authorize Suites By LP to charge your selected payment method for all applicable reservation fees.
Reservation fees compensate for held availability, scheduling commitments, and administrative processing and are non refundable.
Reservation Acknowledgment
You are reserving requested time and access to a private suite.
Reservation fees compensate for held availability and lost booking opportunities.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not cancel or void financial obligations under these terms.
Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
Failure to use approved reservation time, arrive late, or cancel does not qualify for refunds or credits.
