  • Paws Aid is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Paws Aid is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes or boarding facilities and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

  • This questionnaire is designed to help Paws Aid  and yourself determine if a specific dog is the right one for you and your household. Paws Aid reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!

  • We do not encourage use of crates with our dogs due to the fact that many have spent their lives in a very confined space or crates and have crate trauma. Pens and closed off spaces are a good option. Will you be agreeable to this?*

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of Paws Aid animals fostered/adopted by me. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Paws Aid and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the adopted/fostered. I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release Paws Aid of any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering/adopting such dog(s). I agree to have Paws Aid complete reference call checks to be able to approve my foster/adoption application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster/own the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Paws Aid and try to give Paws Aid a 2week period to try and find another suitable foster/adopter for the dog(s).
