IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Organisations applying for $1,000 or less to complete Section A and D only
- Organisations applying for more than $1,000 to complete all sections
- If your organisation has an ABN but is not registered for GST, a declaration from an authorised person of the organisation will need to be signed as part of the application process.
- Organisations to read and accept the Terms and Conditions (in Section D) prior to submitting an application
Anglo American is open to supporting community intiatives that fall into the following areas:
- Education
- Engagement
- Environment
- Health and wellbeing
- Livelihoods.
Successful applications for a Community Grant will address one or more of these areas.

To be eligible to receive funding, applicants must:
- Have an ABN
- Provide services or manage sustainable community initiatives that contribute to the well-being and development of the local community
- Be a community organisation, not-for-profit group, or government agency
- Address the questions in the application form, and provide all required documentation.
- Provide a valid copy of your Certificate of Currency for your Insurance
- Provide copies of all updated additional documents eg. quotations.

Section D - Declaration
Please note, only your organisation’s accountable officer (Chairperson, President, CEO or another officer formally delegated such authority) should sign this declaration.

If this application is approved, your organisation agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Funding will be used for the purpose for which it was given and will be spent in accordance with letter of offer and Anglo American’s social investment and donations policy or as outlined in the Project Details section of this application form.
- An invoice is provided to Anglo American within 2 weeks of receiving notice of a successful application.
- Any special conditions attached to the letter of offer and funding will be met and documented including acknowledgement of Anglo American as a sponsor.
- Anglo American may promote this funding agreement, including beneficiary, purpose, and amount of funding.
- A Final Project Report (including an evaluation against project KPIs) will be submitted once the iniatiive is completed.
- It is the responsibility of the organisation to ensure adequate insurance cover for the initiative.
- There is no commitment of continuing funding for the organisation by Anglo American and all future applications will be assessed individually, on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Anglo American’s Social Investment and Donations Policy.

We do ask however that any material displaying the Anglo American logo should receive pre-approval from Anglo American.
