  • NDEAM Art Gallery Participation Guidelines

    We appreciate your interest in participating in Palmetto Goodwill's 2026 NDEAM Art Gallery! We are excited to display your artwork at the Park Circle Community Center, Tuesday, October 13, through Friday, October 16, from 9 am to 5 pm. Your art will be sold only with your consent. All pricing will be determined by Palmetto Goodwill, based on the artwork's size. We ask that you submit at least 4 to 10 pieces of art. We will do our best to display every submitted work of art. Please review the following guidelines for acceptable artwork.

  • Art Specifications:

    *All submissions will be subject to approval by Palmetto Goodwill prior to being displayed. *Art forms accepted: paintings, drawings, photography, graphic designs, and fiber arts. *Art form NOT accepted: ceramics, sculptures, installations, live-action, or AI generated art. *The artist is responsible for properly packaging and shipping the art based on the shipping requirements. Other arrangements for delivery may be made. *Packages can weigh up to 150lbs. *Packages can be up to 108 inches in length or up to 165 inches in length AND girth combined.

  • To Submit Your Art:

    *All artwork must be received by Friday, July 31, 2026. *Digital photos of each art piece can be sent to Events@palmettogoodwill.org. *Originals can be mailed or dropped off to: Palmetto Goodwill (Attn: Laura Payne, Events Manager) 2150 Eagle Drive, Bldg. 100, North Charleston, SC, 29406. *Be sure that your art adheres to the art specifications listed above. *Please read, complete, and sign the following forms.

  • I,         ("Artist") will allow Palmetto Goodwill to display the Art listed and described on the Artist registration form, at the 2026 NDEAM Art Gallery Showcase in North Charleston, SC.
    By signing below, I expressly agree and accept the following terms and conditions:

    1. The Artist consents and expressly agrees that Palmetto Goodwill may display the artwork until the end of the NDEAM Event.
    2. The Artist also agrees that photographs or videos may be taken of the Art by Palmetto Goodwill to be used for promotional purposes, including social media. field.
    3. The Artist agrees that their work is original to the registered Artist and does not infringe upon or violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
    4. The Artist agrees that Palmetto Goodwill does not have an does not accept any liability for damage, destruction, theft, or other loss during the time the art is in Palmetto Goodwill's possession. Every effort will be taken to keep all art safe.
    5. The Artist agrees that art will be sold for a fair price, which will be determined by Palmetto Goodwill. Proceeds will be given to the Artist, minus applicable taxes.
