Before registering a buddy rider for the event, this form must be completed and approved.

This pre-approval process ensures all buddy rider seats meet event safety guidelines and requirements.

You will need to upload various photos of the tractor (explained on further pages).

🔎 How It Works
1️⃣ Submit this pre-approval form.
2️⃣ Review – Our team will carefully review your submission.
3️⃣ Approval Number – You will receive an official approval number if approved.
4️⃣ Register – After receiving your approval number, you may proceed with registering your buddy rider seat.

🔒 Registration Requirement
🚫 You cannot register a buddy rider seat until an approval number has been issued.

✅ Once you receive your approval number from us, you may proceed with registration.

✅ Required Confirmation

💵 I understand there are no refunds, for any reason.
🏁 I’ve confirmed my club allows buddy riders and agree that every buddy rider listed below is a registered member of the club.

🚜 Speed Requirement (Required)
☑️ I confirm my tractor can safely maintain 10 MPH for the entire parade route and agree to hold a steady 10 MPH (even if capable of going faster) to help prevent gaps and keep the parade moving smoothly.

🚜 Tractor Setup Verification
This section will ask questions about your tractor and buddy rider setup to confirm it meets safety requirements and event regulations. Please answer all questions completely and accurately. Photos of each will be required on the next page.

📸 Tractor & Photo Requirements
This section asks several questions about your tractor setup and requires photo uploads for review.

Upload at least 6 JPG photos of your tractor and buddy rider setup.
⚠️ No PDFs. Fewer than 6 photos = automatic denial.
💡 Use good lighting — dark photos may delay approval.

Photos must clearly show:

🪑 Seat (overall)
🔩 Seat – bolted from the front
🔩 Seat – bolted from the rear
🛞 Fenders
🤝 Grab handle
🦶 Foot platform
🛡 Bumper guard
⚙️ Brake drum guard (if applicable)

⏭️ What Happens Next
📧 Confirmation Email
You’ll receive an email confirmation after submitting your form.

📝 Review Outcome
After review, you’ll be notified by email with one of the following:

🔧 Modification Request
❌ Denial
